If you are lucky enough to own a fruit infusion pitcher, or are thinking of getting a prodyne fruit infusion pitcher. Here are two great fruit infusion pitcher recipes to inspire and delight.

1) Peach Mango Fruit Infusion Water: take one whole peach and peel it and cut it into eight wedges. Take one half of a mango and peel it and cut it into four wedges.

Layer four pieces of the peach in the bottom of the fruit infusion rod. Insert two pieces of mango directly above the peach layer. Then insert the four remaining peach wedges and top with the two remaining mango wedges.

Fill the fruit infusion pitcher with filtered water and allow twenty four hours for sufficient infusion.

This fruit infusion pitcher recipe will give you a nice peach water flavor with a hint of mango on the finish. The reason that the ratio is two to one peach over mango is that the mango can overpower the peach if you are too excessive on the amount of mango in the recipe.

2) Raspberry Kiwi Fruit Infusion Water: take one small container of raspberries and divide them into two piles. Take one kiwi fruit and peel it and cut it into four wedges.

Insert half of the raspberries into the fruit infusion rod at the bottom. Next insert two sections of kiwi fruit. On top of the kiwi insert the remaining raspberries and top with the remaining kiwi fruit.

Fill the fruit infusion pitcher with filtered water and let sit in the fridge for 24 hours. The water will turn a shade of red and the flavors will be dominated with raspberry and a hint of kiwi fruit on the finish. This is a great light water that will definitely quench your thirst.

I hope these two recipes have inspired you and I know you will enjoy them.

I am sure you have experienced this before. You throw a party and everyone stuffs themselves with all the great food you made. Then you bring out these big desserts and no one wants to eat any. They say that they are too full.

Well, I have the solution. Make them some small Simple Desserts that your guests can sample. This way, they can still eat something sweet without feeling sick.

One thing I have noticed also, is that people don’t like to be seen making a pig out of themselves. Someone might not dig into a big piece of cheesecake but they will eat a small cheesecake tart or a chocolate cheese ball. I guess it is an image thing.

I have had a lot of success with this way of making Simple Desserts. It also prevents me from being stuck with a lot of leftover desserts since I can send any leftover desserts home with our guests.
